Dr. Tiwari's primary interests are Microelectronics and Organic/Flexible Electronics. During his Postdoc at Georgia Tech. Atlanta, USA, he had explored various new approaches to improve the performance of Organic Transistors. His current research focuses on high performance transistors for flexible and large area electronics. Along with 35 international conference papers and 2 patents, he has co-authored 32 papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals, including many of them in Organic Electronics.
